BivBook is a private to-do app built for one person, John Bivens. It organizes his tasks by area of life, shows the day's meetings beside them, and helps him keep track of work he has handed off to his team.

What it does

• Keeps to-dos, projects and due dates in one place on iPhone and Mac
• Shows today's meetings from his Google calendars
• Sends him summaries and notifications about his day
• Keeps his to-dos in sync between his devices
